There was some difficulty getting the website to show the checkout button on the shopping cart page. Also upon checkout I didn’t see where to put my discount code so I didn’t get that. Otherwise it was fine.
Great Funko Pop! selection and quick shipping! Unfortunately, some of the Pops, the larger sizes in particular, aren't properly packaged during shipping. I've gotten multiple Pops with tears or bruises on the Funko packaging due to insufficient protection during shipping. Popinabox seems to pride itself on being one of the go-to places to buy Funko Pops and I'd like to see the Pops I purchase from Popinabox to arrive in as close to mint condition as possible.

Ordering is easy but shipping sucks, no protection for the items. I have received damaged items.
Easy to order easy to cancel don’t have to go through a whole process I wanted to cancel an order to combine and add more funkos it was easy and just hope the shipping is good!

They have always sent what I ordered or have let me know when they will have it in stock.
I love po in the box because I can add to collection of star wars pops and they allways come in good condition.
Great company, has lots of awesome options. They have great exclusives too. Only downside is your orders do not go out for a while sometimes. So if your in no rush it's awesome. And also your chances of a chase are pretty decent. I've gotten 3 since I've been buying from them. Unfortunately the last one I got was messed up...first time ever. Very unfortunate too,, it was an exclusive ????. Overall good place to buy funko pops.
Almost 6 months later I am still waiting on my pre-ordered. I see people doing reviews on the items and now they show out of stock. Why waste our time pre-ordering if you are not going to get the item? You say its because waiting on more stock?? That's why you preorder so you know how many to ship out. Get it together because right now you guys suck!!
Now you reply basically "It happens"?? Will never order anything and will delete the app. Pre-order is to secure an item and you just shrug your shoulders as an answer??? I wish I could give a negative star. Your attitude towards customer service is horrible
90% of the time it came in perfect condition. But, they never used proper protection in shipping. 10% they would have a little damage to the funkos. Not much really, unless you really look close. Little tears on corners or dents in the box. The one time they did use bubble wrap the item came in one of those hard stacks. If you move, there is no way to change the address. If you order make sure that is the address it is going to.
